St. Jude with the Image of Jesus

Wall painting
Cathedral of St. Gregory the Illuminator, Buenos Aires, Argentina

The cloth St. Jude is holding has an image of the face of Jesus. This refers to a legend that Jesus had Jude carry an image of himself to King Abgar of Edessa.

Abgar is most likely the man standing on the right. He was identified as St. Bartholomew by the photographer who posted this photograph on Wikimedia Commons, but in searching dozens of Orthodox icons of St. Bartholomew I have found none with a crown on his head. Nor does the man have a halo.
