Basis for Identification: The sunburst halo, upcast eyes, and sad expression are all attributes of Our Lady of Sorrows. However, the hands are not closed in prayer.

Site: Church of Santo Domingo Yanhuitlán.

Location: In a glass case on a shelf at the end of the west wall of the chapel off the east end of the south nave (see note).
