Unfortunately, all I can make of the banderole in the saint's hand is that she is the daughter of St. Eustochium. These women left their wealthy life in Rome to join St. Jerome in Palestine. Perhaps the bag (?) to which St. Paula gestures with her left hand represents that wealth.
